These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Maksym Kudla, acting as a sole proprietor (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, services, and tools (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel or modify the Services, as well as any information or materials we provide through the Services. We shall not be liable if all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict user access to all or certain parts of the Services.

To access the Services or certain resources within them, you may be required to provide specific registration details or other information. A condition of your use of the Services is that all the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide for registration in the Services or otherwise, including but not limited to the use of any interactive features, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

If you choose or are provided with a username, password, or any other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any other person or organization. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Services or any part of them using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to log out of your account at the end of each session. Additionally, you must exercise particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer to ensure that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. Furthermore, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.

Matcha Events is a platform that helps event organizers and event service providers find each other. Matcha Events does not produce events, does not employ providers, and does not act as a dispatcher.

Providers are responsible for having required licenses, appropriate insurance, compliant equipment or venues, and adherence to applicable event, safety, and local laws.

Organizers and providers must provide accurate profile and event information and communicate respectfully through the Services.

Providers may submit their own offers for event requests, including price and service details. An event arrangement is formed directly between organizer and provider when an offer is accepted.

Cancellations, delays, and no-shows may affect account standing, visibility, or access to certain features. Repeated abuse or fraudulent behavior may result in suspension.

You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, harassment, discrimination, threats, scams, or handling prohibited goods.

Matcha Events may investigate safety complaints and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users and the platform.

After events, users may leave ratings and feedback. Ratings are intended to improve transparency and trust within the community.

Manipulating ratings, posting false reviews, or creating fake accounts is prohibited and may lead to moderation actions, including permanent account removal.

If an incident occurs during or around an event arranged through the Services, you must promptly report it to support@matcha.events with available details and evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes related to these Terms or use of the Services are governed by the laws of Ukraine and resolved by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Ukraine.

The Services and all their content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, displays, images, videos, and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such materials and are protected by the laws of Ukraine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

You may link to our websites provided that you do so in a way that is fair and lawful and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. However, you must not create links in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement by us.

If the Services contain links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control the content of these websites or resources and are not responsible for them or for any losses or damages that may arise from their use. If you decide to access any third-party website linked to the Services, you do so solely at your own risk and in accordance with the terms of use of those websites. Therefore, we are not responsible for the availability of these external resources or their content, services, or privacy practices. Matcha Events is not an event organizer, employer, or dispatcher. Matcha Events is an informational product that enables users to find other users for event services. Matcha Events is not responsible for any actions related to event services performed by users using Matcha Events.

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
